The lodge has a smart Television in the main house and in the bar, here you can enjoy all of your favourite programs by logging in to the various options available with your personal accounts

Laundry Service
An in-house laundry service is available. Laundry is to be left in the supplied laundry bag along with the completed laundry list. Housekeeping department will collect the laundry when servicing the accommodation. Laundry will be charged to the guest account.

Tips
The tips at Nahyeeni Lodge are shared amongst all our staff who work hard to make sure your stay is as enjoyable and stress free as possible. There is a tip box located in the main house lounge/dining area or alternatively feel free to add directly onto your bill at check out. Should you want to particularly reward anyone individually, please feel free to pay them directly at your discretion

Air-Conditioner
We kindly ask that you switch off your air conditioner whenever you are not in the room during the day, helping us to reduce unnecessary energy consumption and avoid overloading the system.
For the best combination of comfort and energy efficiency, we recommend setting the air conditioner no lower than 20°C while you are in your room.

Room Fan
To operate the ceiling fan, please ensure that the electrical wall switch located beside the main sliding door is switched on. You can then use the remote control to turn the fan or light on and adjust the speed and settings as required.

Maintenance
At Nahyeeni Lodge, we pride ourselves on providing our guests with a quality, comfortable and relaxing experience. Should you have any concerns regarding a maintenance issue in your room or anywhere around the lodge, no matter how small, please contact our Manager or Assistant Manager directly. We will be happy to assist you and ensure that the matter is attended to as quickly as possible.

Water
Our running water is sourced directly from our own private borehole located on the property. The water is regularly tested to ensure its quality and is exceptionally safe for normal consumption.

We offer complimentary high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi throughout the lodge to keep you connected during your stay.
